Law on Foreigners

We effectuate and follow up application procedures for work permits and extension of work permits to foreign personnel working for local legal entity clients and legal entity clients with foreign investor status in Turkey. In addition, we provide legal support to our individual foreign clients until the finalization of their residence permit and residence permit extension applications. 

Furthermore, within the scope of Law No. 6458 on Foreigners and International Protection, we provide legal assistance and services during the administrative and criminal procedures to foreigners facing difficulties with obtaining visa and affected by prohibition of entry to country, deportation orders and administrative detention orders.
