Data Protection Law

We provide legal support for the compliance procedures of the commercial activities of natural persons and legal entities with the provisions of the European Union General Data Protection Regulation, the Law on the Protection of Personal Data and the secondary legislation issued within the scope of this law. Additionally, we provide training and consultancy on the operation of the compliance procedures. We also provide legal support for the inventory of personal data processing, registration in the Data Controllers Registry Information System (VERBIS), revision of existing contracts in order to ensure that these contracts comply with the legislation, preparation of the necessary contracts and execution and follow-up of all kinds of legal, administrative and criminal processes that natural person and legal entities may encounter in this area.
